Do you have anything ready-made?
I'm sorry, but apart from a few applications that can be found in the "Our projects" section, where it is clearly stated that the software is for sale, we NEVER send out ready-made software. Simply put, someone has already paid for it before, so it is their property, and selling someone else's property a second time would simply be theft. What does the process of ordering a program and its implementation look like?
First of all, to use our services you need to describe exactly what you need - by filling in the form you will see when you click on 'quick contact', by e-mail - programy@zagrosze.com - or simply by phone - 17 22 96 873. Try to describe your project as precisely as possible, and send all the possible materials showing what the program is supposed to do, what it should look like, and so on. Don't forget the basics - which compiler we should use and, in the case of databases, what type of database - and specify whether the program is to be written structured or object-oriented, and whether it should have a graphical interface or be a console program. The more information you give us, the better we will meet your expectations. Just as important, you will save our time, which we would otherwise spend exchanging correspondence, so the price of the service we offer will be lower. If you are not happy with this price, try bargaining - maybe we can agree. We will then give you the account number to which you should pay 1/3 of the agreed amount. (In the payment title, enter the e-mail address from which we have been corresponding, so that we can correctly match the payment to the order.) As soon as the deposit has been credited, we get to work, and once the work is done we send you an executable file - a program demo - so that you can assess whether the program meets your requirements and let us know of any comments. Once the full agreed amount has been paid into our account, we send the source code...
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
We require a deposit before we start work on an order. It is not high - just 33 percent of the agreed amount - but it gives us the assurance that you will not order the same program from several contractors at once, nor forget about it immediately after ordering.Isn't paying money upfront risky?
Only a small part of the agreed amount is paid in advance, and the rest after you have seen the program and checked its functionality. In truth, the party taking the risk here is us: when you send money, you know our account number, our names and our phone number, but we know nothing about you and have no means of pursuing our claims. That is exactly why this deposit is needed. We did not used to take one, but it happened several times that a client simply stopped answering our e-mails after ordering a program ...I've been told the whole procedure takes too long, how can I speed it up?
The timing of an order depends mainly on how quickly the payment is credited to our account. The fastest transfers come from mBank if you have an account there. If not, you can make a payment at a PKO BP branch, or make a transfer at that bank (or a transfer from Inteligo to a PKO BP account). There are also express transfers, which allow interbank settlements within 15 minutes - in these cases I see the payment credited immediately after the transaction, and we can start work on the order. This time can be shortened further by paying the full amount straight away - once the program is finished, we send the source code at once.I found a cheaper offer - what kind of bargain-basement programmers are you?
Yes, it does happen that a competing firm offers a cheaper version of some program - but be warned: in most cases those people copy programs written earlier for someone else, so don't be surprised if your lecturer shows you the identical program code handed in by someone else last year. I cannot compete with such "contractors" - copy and paste will always be cheaper than the work needed to write any program - but thanks to that, with us you will never find yourself in the situation described above, because we always write our programs from scratch!
