Order management softwarebuilt for PPHU Delta as part of its continuously developed production management system. The program tracks every order carried out in the company, from the stage of a request for a quote, through pricing, conversion into an order, referral to the production plan and, finally, handover for loading. Employees record in it every event related to handling an order - from receipt of a deposit, through the ordering of profiles, panes of glass etc. The program generates a whole range of documents and summaries needed in the business. |

Register softwareAnother order from PPHU Delta - two programs forming a further part of the production management system. Working together with the order management program, the applications generate barcode labels for windows produced in a given production plan (finished goods register), and for production waste that can still be used. The windows and waste fitted with these labels are then placed in the warehouse, and the programs, using wireless barcode scanners, track their location and generate appropriate summaries, for example when you need to find all the windows in the warehouse that should be included in the transport being prepared ... |

Performance monitoring softwareIt monitors up to 8 rotary presses in real time. The presses are connected by a signal cable to the controller built by us. This controller, which is based on a PIC18F4550 processor, counts the electrical pulses sent by the presses each time they finish a part, storing the results in its own memory. The next element of the system is the ScUpdater program, which starts together with the system and waits for the controller to be connected. When that happens, it reads the accumulated information from the controller's memory and passes it on to a PostgreSQL server visible on the local network. From there, copies of the ScViewer program, running in the company's management offices, download the data and present the monitored data up to date, both in real time and over various time periods, including as daily and weekly charts ... |

CNC software for an industrial polyester foam cutterthe program allows you to cut out any shapes by controlling the cutting tool in 3 dimensions. It imports data from files in G-code as well as PLT/HGPL format and allows them to be modified. It controls the machine by managing the direction of movement of the cutting blade, as well as its angle of inclination corresponding to the direction of movement (a feature not available in most CNC programs). It allows the machine to be stopped at any moment, manually as well as by means of 4 alarm signals (sensors), and arbitrary changes of working parameters. It also includes a simulation which checks whether the machine's cutting paths do not intersect.
