Handling enquiriesthe order handling process begins with registering a request for a quote. Once the enquiry is registered, you can (though this is not required) enter detailed information about the windows being ordered into the program, prepare a quote and any corrections to that quote, and finally convert it into an order. Registered enquiries and orders are displayed on separate tabs, and a detailed filtering system allows very precise selection of the orders or enquiries you want to view, depending on date, status, client, stage of work on the windows and so on ... |

Production and transport plansregistered orders, once the deposit has been recorded, are directed to a production plan and then, after they have been completed, to a transport plan. All these events trigger automatic e-mails sent to the client, informing them about the current status of the order and the date of production or dispatch of the ordered windows. The content of the automatic messages is set during the configuration of the program, can contain any information recorded in the order, and can be freely modified. The program supports any number of automatic messages in any languages; the appropriate version is chosen depending on the event being handled, the status of the order and the client's location.. |

Documents and summariesthe program generates a whole range of summaries, offering all the filtering options available on screen, as well as documents describing approved production and transport plans.
