Finished Goods Register and Usable Waste Register two programs written to order for PPHU Delta, forming a further part of the production management system. Working together with the order and enquiry management program, the applications generate barcode labels for the windows produced in a given production plan (finished goods register), and for usable production waste such as profile offcuts. The windows and waste fitted with these labels are then placed in the warehouse, in compartments marked with barcodes. The programs, using wireless barcode scanners, track their location so that at any moment the necessary summaries can be generated, for example when you need to find all the windows in the warehouse that should be loaded onto the transport being prepared ...

usable waste register an application that, on the user's request, generates barcode labels with a description containing basic information about a usable piece of window profile. The label shows the type of profile, its colour, the number of laminated sides and the date the waste was created. The operator sticks this label onto the profile and then places it in the warehouse, recording in the program - using a wireless barcode scanner - where it is stored.

finished goods registeran application closely linked to the order and enquiry management program. It generates barcode labels for all the windows that appear in orders scheduled for production on a given day. These labels are stuck on the windows as they are produced, and the windows are then stored in the warehouse.

to print labels, you choose one of the production plans approved in the order and enquiry management program. At this stage you can check which orders are included in a given plan and which windows belong to individual orders.

after the labels have been generated, they are printed on self-adhesive film and stuck onto the windows as they are produced. The warehouse worker then places the windows in the warehouse, recording with a wireless barcode scanner where each window is located. When a vehicle needs to be loaded with windows ready for transport, you simply select the appropriate transport plan in the program to print a summary of all the windows to be loaded, together with information on their location.
